Mental & Physical Requirements

• Learn and comprehend basic instructions

• Walk and stand for an extended period of time
• The capability of carrying gear or materials of up to 10kg for extensions up to 100 meters
• At ease with physically demanding activities around land and earth regeneration and transformation - walking on uneven terrain, planting trees, tending gardens, etc.
• Willingness to participate in community practices and self-development tools
• Openness to work collectively and respect boundaries.
• Consciousness about the risks involved in tasks, especially in isolated mountain terrain.

• Weed Management: Join our nature-friendly SWAT team to combat invasive species. Your efforts will help our native plants reclaim their territory, ensuring a balanced and biodiverse habitat.
• Site Preparation: Be a landscape artist! Help us shape the land, preparing it for new life and constructing structures to control erosion and create habitats.
• Soil Improvement: Do you fancy being a Soil Scientist? Join us in enhancing the lifeblood of our project - the soil itself! Through composting and other activities, we can rejuvenate the soil, creating a fertile base for abundant plant growth.
